These Terms & Conditions apply to participation in the HealthWest UK Practitioner Partnership Programme (“PPP”), operated by HealthWest UK Limited (“HealthWest UK”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By joining the Practitioner Partnership Programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

​

1. Purpose of the Programme
​

The Practitioner Partnership Programme has been created to support health and wellness practitioners in the UK by providing them with access to a unique discount/coupon code.

​

The programme is intended to enable participating practitioners to offer their clinic, family members and patients access to selected HealthWest UK products at a preferential price.

​

2. Eligibility
​

The PPP is open to suitably qualified or practising health and wellness practitioners based in the United Kingdom.

​

HealthWest UK reserves the right to determine eligibility for the programme and may request reasonable information to verify a practitioner’s professional status.

​

Participation is subject to acceptance by HealthWest UK.

​

3. Free Membership
​

There is no fee to join the Practitioner Partnership Programme.

​

There is no minimum purchase requirement, minimum spend or minimum number of orders required to remain a PPP member.

​

Practitioners are not required to purchase HealthWest UK products in order to maintain their PPP membership or unique discount/coupon code.

​

4. Practitioner Discount/Coupon Code
​

Approved PPP members will be provided with a unique discount/coupon code.

​

Unless otherwise stated by HealthWest UK, the standard PPP discount is 15% off eligible purchases made through the HealthWest UK ecommerce website at:

​

The practitioner may share their unique code with their clinic, family members and patients for their personal purchases.

​

The discount applies only to eligible products and is subject to any exclusions, restrictions or conditions displayed by HealthWest UK at the time of purchase.

5. Use of the Discount Code
​

The unique discount/coupon code:

​

  • Must not be used for fraudulent, unlawful or misleading purposes.

  • Must not be represented as a HealthWest UK-wide promotional code unless HealthWest UK has expressly authorised this.

  • Must not be sold, exchanged or otherwise commercially exploited.

  • Must not be used in connection with unauthorised resale of HealthWest UK products.

  • May be subject to reasonable usage restrictions or exclusions imposed by HealthWest UK.

HealthWest UK reserves the right to refuse, cancel or reverse any discount where it reasonably believes the code has been misused or used in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

​

6. Additional Offers and Benefits
​

From time to time, PPP members may receive access to additional offers, discounts, promotions, information or other benefits.

​

These may include special promotional discounts, product offers or other benefits made available specifically to PPP members.

​

Additional offers are not guaranteed and may be subject to their own terms, eligibility requirements, expiry dates or availability.

​

7. Changes to the Programme
​

HealthWest UK reserves the right, at its discretion, to:

​

  • Change the value or terms of the PPP discount.

  • Introduce or remove product exclusions.

  • Modify the benefits available to PPP members.

  • Change the conditions relating to use of a discount/coupon code.

  • Suspend or modify the Practitioner Partnership Programme.

​

Where reasonably practicable, HealthWest UK will provide notice of significant changes. However, changes may sometimes be made without prior notice where necessary for operational, commercial, legal or other legitimate reasons.

8. Suspension or Termination
​

HealthWest UK reserves the right to suspend or terminate a practitioner’s PPP membership or unique discount/coupon code at any time.

​

This may occur, for example, where:

​

  • The practitioner is no longer eligible for the programme.

  • The discount/coupon code is being misused.

  • The practitioner breaches these Terms & Conditions.

  • There is suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity.

  • The programme or a particular offer is discontinued.

  • HealthWest UK considers termination necessary for operational, commercial, legal or reputational reasons.

Where appropriate, HealthWest UK may contact the practitioner before termination. However, HealthWest UK is not obliged to provide advance notice in every circumstance.

​

9. No Guaranteed Benefit or Income
​

Participation in the PPP does not create any employment, agency, franchise, reseller, distributorship or other commercial relationship between the practitioner and HealthWest UK.

​

PPP membership does not guarantee any level of sales, income, commission, referral fees or other financial benefit to the practitioner.

​

The programme is primarily intended to provide a benefit to practitioners and the people they support.

​

10. Practitioner Responsibilities
​

Practitioners remain responsible for ensuring that any information they provide to patients, clients, family members or other users regarding HealthWest UK products is appropriate and accurate.

​

The PPP does not authorise a practitioner to make claims about HealthWest UK products that are not supported by the product information, applicable legislation or HealthWest UK’s authorised marketing materials.

​

Practitioners should ensure that any recommendations they make are appropriate to the individual and within the scope of their professional practice.

​

11. HealthWest UK Products
​

All purchases made through www.healthwest.uk are subject to HealthWest UK’s standard website terms, ordering conditions, delivery arrangements, returns policy and any applicable product-specific terms.

​

The PPP discount does not alter the contractual relationship between HealthWest UK and the customer purchasing products through the website.

​

12. Privacy and Communications
​

By joining the PPP, practitioners agree that HealthWest UK may contact them regarding their membership, their unique discount/coupon code, programme updates and relevant offers or benefits.

​

Where required by law, marketing communications will be managed in accordance with applicable UK data protection and electronic marketing requirements.

​

PPP members may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, although essential communications relating to their PPP membership may still be sent where necessary.

​

13. No Obligation to Purchase
​

There is no obligation for a PPP member, their clinic, family or patients to purchase any minimum quantity of products.

​

The unique discount/coupon code is provided as a benefit of participation in the programme and is not conditional upon achieving a particular level of sales or purchases.

14. Acceptance of These Terms
​

By applying to join or participating in the HealthWest UK Practitioner Partnership Programme, the practitioner confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

​

These Terms & Conditions should be read together with any specific terms displayed in connection with individual promotions or offers.
